Canterbury Commons

WRHA partners with South River Development Corporation to provide safe, stable housing for individuals experiencing homelessness and persons with disabilities in Waynesboro and Staunton.

Eligible tenants are identified through the coordinated entry system managed by Valley Homeless Connection. This system maintains the region’s centralized list of individuals experiencing homelessness. When units become available, referrals are made based on eligibility and level of need.

By working together, WRHA and its partners help connect individuals to housing efficiently and fairly while strengthening the overall community.
